Stable Cottage adjoins, but is independent of, the main house. It is well maintained and comfortably furnished with spacious living accommodation for 2 people.
A wood burning stove and under floor heating make it suitable for long or short stays all year round. There is a patio area with garden furniture and ample secure parking for car and bicycles.
The property comprises entrance hall, galley kitchen, sitting/dining room and bathroom with a shower. The bedroom, in a loft conversion, is accessed by a spiral staircase.

Stable Cottage Studland is a 5 minute walk from the nearest beach, the village shop/Post Office, Norman Church, local inn, country house hotel, tennis courts, riding stables and local bus route. A golf course with spectacular views over Poole Harbour and Swanage Bay is one mile away.
Studland is a quiet unspoilt village in a designated area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and on the edge of the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. With three miles of safe sandy beaches it is an ideal base for walkers with the Dorset Coastal Path, heathland and a nature reserve all accessible without the need of a car. Local sightseeing includes Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Swanage, with its heritage steam train link to Corfe Castle.
The Sandbanks chain link ferry allows easy access (9 miles) to Poole Harbour and Bournemouth with their blue flag beaches, excellent shops, restaurants and many tourist attractions.
